It is located in Istanbul Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone.
Birleşim Engineering head office and factory building are located together in the project.

With an area of 7.491 m2, the factory part of the building consists of production and storage areas and office areas, while the management part consists of offices, meeting rooms, a training and seminar hall for 100 people and a cafeteria.

Our project has received LEED GOLD certification.
The building was designed and constructed according to LEED criteria from the design stage. Special facade glazing, high efficiency condensing boilers, VRV cooling system, underfloor heating, heat recovery air handling units and Dali ballast system for lighting automation and appropriate lighting fixtures were used for energy saving.

Rainwater is collected and treated from the roof and surrounding roads and used both for landscape irrigation and reservoirs.

It is an energy efficient, comfortable and environmentally sensitive building.
