The HR unit was created in line with these goals in 2013, and it is aimed to take more objective and more professional decisions in both recruitment processes and internal regulations.

The main task of the Human Resources unit is to bring together strong and expert teams and to assign this team in harmony.

n order to achieve this;
- Follows the channels where he can find the professional workforce faster during the candidate research process,
- Conducts reference research on candidates,
- Examines in detail whether the work experience and education of the candidates are compatible with the field/project to which they will be assigned,
- In job applications, it conducts the interview process with both the HR unit, the unit supervisor and an evaluator from the top management, thus ensuring objective decision-making.
- Manages the process by considering the internal balances during the recruitment phase,
- Considers the needs of the employee after recruitment,
- Makes relevant researches by observing the training and development needs of its employees together with their supervisors.
