Our Leed Gold Certified Central Building
Birleşim Grup head office is a green building with the status of the first Leed Gold Certificate in Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone.
The central building, which has a usage area of approximately 11,000 m2 on an 8.5 decare land, consists of two separate buildings, administrative offices and a warehouse facility.
The warehouse part consists of a 6000 m2 storage and shipping area, the central building consists of 5 meeting rooms, a training and seminar hall for 100 people, a cafeteria for 100 people and offices.
In our office, which has the status of a Green Building, rainwater collection and treatment system, gray water system, solar energy system, energy automation system according to daylight have been installed.
All selected and used materials are products that comply with the Leed Gold Certificate.
